FC Faly Pre-Season Training Camps & Tryouts

Age Groups: U10 - U21

After a long summer break, it is important for players to prepare for their upcoming season and these camps are designed to get the players ready both physically and technically.  After the first day, they are grouped according to their skill level. During the training camp, coaches focus on technical and tactical skills and re-building physical fitness.

If you want to compete at your best, you need to commit to pre-season training, so that your strength and cardiovascular fitness peaks in time for the first game. In pre-season, we focus every day on a combination of conditioning, and scrimmages designed to increase ball skills and tactical understanding of the game. Every player can follow a scaled-down workout plan to get ready for the season opener.

New Player Tryouts are welcome. These camps are focused for our FC Faly team players and also those players that are looking to tryout and potentially join one of the FC Faly Teams. At the end of the week, the coaches will provide feedback directly to the player, and guide them to an FC Faly Team or Group Development Program.

Remember to arrive with water, a light snack, and bring outdoor turf cleats. Sunscreen is essential.

AGE GROUPS AND TIMES:

 

U9 to U12 (3 Sessions) - $60 + GST

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • From 3 pm to 4 pm.

U13 to U16 (5 Sessions) - $100 + GST

  • Monday 1pm to 2 pm
  • Tuesday 1pm to 2.30pm
  • Wednesday from 1pm to 2 pm
  • Thursday 1pm to 2.30pm
  • Friday from 1pm to 2pm

U17 to U21 (5 Sessions) - $100 + GST

  • Monday 2 pm to 3 pm
  • Tuesday 2.30pm to 4pm
  • Wednesday from 2pm to 3 pm
  • Thursday 2.30pm to 4pm
  • Friday from 2pm to 3pm
