Faly began to play soccer at an early age at Evian Thonon Gaillard FC. At 10, he was selected to be a full time player at Strasbourg FC Training Center. Two years later, he was selected to play for the U17 French National Team and played his first professional game with Strasbourg FC.
Read MoreAfter recovering from a significant knee injury, Faly travelled throughout Europe in Germany, Switzerland and England. Unfortunately, after being selected to commence training with Crystal Palace, Faly faced yet another injury and this marked the end of his professional career.
Faly began his coaching career soon after and this has been his passion ever since his playing days. For 3 years, he was a coach for the Duet Academy in London and then he moved to Vancouver in 2008, to start his own academy.
Certification: B Level license
At the age of 7, Ange Bourangon started playing Soccer at the US Annemasse, France. He continued his training at Evian Thonon Gaillard FC (2nd division) and then, from U13 to U17 played at the Honor League level in France. At 20, he was given the chance to play a few games with their semi-professional team and then went to play in Switzerland (FC Cologny, 6 months and Puplinge FC, 2 years) in the 2nd league, International.

Ange is heavily involved in the player development for the Travel and Elite team program. His deep understanding of the game is transferred to Elite players and he pushes them to new levels. Ange has set a high bar and is determined to help each child achieve their goals.
Ange attended the University de Savoie, Annecy and the University of Pierre Mendes, France.

Ibrahima Basse started playing football at an early age at the Evian Thonon Gaillard FC in the French second league as a striker for his entire youth career. At 18, he was scouted and trained at FC Servette (Geneva,Switzerland). At 22, he began coaching in London with his older brother, Faly Basse, and then, moved to Vancouver and joined Faly Academy in 2014.

Kais started playing soccer at the age of 7. At the age of 13, he signed for the U13 of “Sfax Railway Sport”, one of the best players’ development clubs in Tunisia. He played as an attacking midfielder. After leaving the semi-professional youth team at the age of 20, he dedicated his life to coaching and attending University.

Davide Dallavalle
Davide started playing in the very early years of his life and at the age of 13. He was recruited by Fiorenzuola F.C., one of the major clubs dedicated to the development of young professional soccer players in Italy. He played in the attacking midfielder role.
For the seasons from 2001 to 2005 he joined the Modena FC team to be part of the “Primavera” team, the junior professional division of the club. He also attended practices and games with the first team and shortly joined the SERIE A games.

In 2005 he was temporarily transferred to Carpi F.C. Serie C. He was one of the young rising stars during those years but with heartbreak he had to retire from professional soccer due to health issues in 2006.
Davide continued playing in minor leagues as his passion for this sport led him to overcome some of his health issues. He began his coaching career in 2007 for smaller clubs following his strong belief and passion for this sport and ensuring that young players learn the right technical skills in order to succeed in this sport.
At the beginning of 2019 he moved to Vancouver with his wife and joined Faly Academy as a coach, making soccer his full-time activity.

Freddy Zabarel
Freddy started football at the early age of 7 for the Picardy Football League in Amiens, France. He played high level until the age of 18 then went on to PSG (Paris Saint Germain) for 3 seasons with the DH team in the Ligue De Paris Ile-de-France. Following an injury, Freddy moved to another Paris region club at US Villejuif for 1 season.
Read MoreSubsequently, Freddy left for Guadeloupe Football Team (French Caribbean island) for 1 season, before returning to Vitry Sur Seine where he played until June 2019.
As a coach, Freddy started training players at club du SC Saint just for two seasons between the age 16 and 18 then went to coaching privately until the age of 25. At the age of 28, he resumed coaching at a club in the Paris region in the city of Vitry sur Seine at ES Vitry for 3 seasons. Freddy was in charge of the u10 u11 category along with a U15 team for 2 seasons. Freddy also coached a woman’s U16 team for 1 season here.
Freddy moved to CFFP (the Paris Football Training Center) and was responsible for the U10 category. He was coaching the 2008 age group for two seasons. During the second season at CFFP, he developed special offensive training sessions for U14 to U17.
Freddy has joined Faly Academy in the 2019/2020 season as the U11 Coach and Assistant Coach for other age groups including the U17 and U21 Elite teams.

Anna Nievas was born in the vibrant city of Córdoba, Argentina. From a young age, she showed a keen interest in soccer and became a passionate sports fan. Her love for the game led her to closely follow sports events and enjoy every moment she could participate in or cheer for her favourite teams.
Raised in Córdoba, Anna grew up surrounded by a sports-driven and competitive environment that further fueled her passion for soccer. After completing her studies, Anna focused her professional career in the administrative field. Known for her pleasant demeanour and dedication to detail and organization, she has worked ever since as an administrative assistant in a variety of industries.

Elana Spelling
Born and raised in Burnaby, B.C. Elana has been involved in soccer since the age of 5 where she started playing soccer for the youth program at Cliff Avenue United. From there, the game of soccer brought her to Burnaby girls where she finished playing youth at the metro level.
Read MoreElana participated in BC Summer Games and played for Notre Dame Regional Secondary School during her high school years. While attending university Elana played two seasons with the Capilano Blues in the Pac West Division.
Elana had many accomplishments while playing varsity sports including playing softball and ringette. She played for Team BC, attended the Canada Winter games in the Yukon and played in seven National Championships throughout Canada and several Western Canadian Championships. Elana was the first female athlete to hit a homerun in softball at SFU’s Beedie field when playing for the Douglas College Royals.
Following her collegiate career in sports she began coaching Ringette at the elite level and then made her way back to soccer working for a non-profit youth development organization. The program was aimed to help youth through a unique combination of community service, poetry and a soccer program after-school.
She is currently in her third year at Douglas College working towards her bachelor of education and coaching.
